The firm of Schuda
& Associates,
pllc, was established on January 1, 1999.
Daniel R. Schuda resigned as a partner after almost 20
years with a large, seven-office law firm. Having
served on the management committee, as the litigation
practice manager and as a senior litigation partner, he
wanted to practice law rather than supervise others.
In founding Schuda &
Associates, pllc, Mr. Schuda has established a
settings where clients receive the personal attention of
an experienced attorney and litigator that cannot always
be obtained from a large firm. Since 1999, Schuda
& Associates, pllc, has grown to six
experienced litigators dedicated to providing quality
legal services.
Schuda & Associates, pllc,
appears in civil litigation matters statewide for a
number of local, regional, and national clients.
Primarily engaged in matters involving defense of
insured claims of all types, insurance coverage and
insurance bad faith issues, other active areas of
practice include the defense of matters involving
malpractice, products liability, business issues,
employee claims, and other general defense issues.
