Robert A. Lockhart was born in
Bluefield, West Virginia in 1956. He
received his Bachelor’s degree in 1978 and his J. D. degree in 1987 from West Virginia University. He also holds a Master’s degree
in Industrial Relations from the West
Virginia College of Graduate Studies. Bob
was admitted to the West Virginia bar in 1987, the Virginia bar in 1989, and is a member of the Kanawha County Bar Association and the West Virginia State Bar.

Before joining Schuda & Associates, pllc, in 2000, Bob practiced law at Jackson Kelly and at Spilman, Thomas & Battle, two of West Virginia’s largest defense firms. Bob’s practice areas include civil litigation; insurance defense, coverage and bad faith; products liability; construction law; and workplace injuries.
