Lynnette Simon Marshall was born in   Beckley, West Virginia in 1973.  She   received her Bachelor's degree in 1996 and J.D. degree in 1999 from West Virginia University.  After her admission to the   West Virginia Bar in 1999, she served as a law clerk for the circuit judges for the 10th Judicial Circuit in Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia. Before joining Schuda & Associates, pllc, in 2003, Lynnette had an active civil defense practice with McQueen, Harmon, and Murphy, L.C., Hendrickson & Long, pllc, and MacCorkle, Lavender, & Casey, pllc, in Charleston, West Virginia.  Lynnette is a member of the Kanawha County Bar Association.  Lynnette's practice areas include insurance defense, bad faith and coverage, premises liability, products liability, construction law, and general civil litigation.
